JCL ANNUAL MEETING, SEPTEMBER 19, 6:30 P.M., AT THE JCC
Picture this: One of the highest profile events staged in the Jewish community each year – and you’re invited. You can even sit on the first row if you’d like and your friends and family can come along too. In fact, everyone is invited to the Jewish Community of Louisville’s Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 19, 6:30 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center. (Please note changed venue.)
Save the date and get your reservation in early to maintain your front-row seating advantage. Meet and greet the JCL’s new president/CEO Stu Silberman, who will be there to meet and greet with his wife, Alison. Champagne, hors d’oeuvres will be served during what promises to be the best show in town!
“I am really excited to be chairing this year’s JCL Annual Meeting,” said Dr. Karen Abrams. “We have lots to celebrate. During the evening we will be introducing our new CEO, showcasing a wonderful group of award winners and presenting a program for the community that focuses on our Jewish journey going forward. The JCC is up and running and will be all dressed up for the occasion.” She promises some surprises too and states this won’t be a “typical” annual meeting!
