Participate in this one of a kind interactive mock Shabbat dinner where Meredith Jacobs will discuss creative and different ways to celebrate Shabbat your own way while creating new traditions and connecting with your family. Open to families with at least one child in Kindergarten-5th grade.

Speaker:  Meredith Jacobs:  Meredith Jacobs is author of The Modern Jewish Mom’s Guide to Shabbat: Connect and Celebrate— Bring Your Family Together with the Friday Night Meal and co-author (with daughter, Sofie) of Just Between Us: a no-stress, no-rules journal for girls and their moms. She is host of “Modern Jewish Mom” on The Jewish Channel and host of “Connecting Family” on WYPR 88.1 fm (NPR in Baltimore, MD), parenting advice columnist and co-founder and editor of www. ModernJewishMom.com. Her monthly parenting columns appear in The Baltimore Jewish Times. She has writen for various national Jewish publications and speaks to various women’s and Jewish groups across the country.
